| Q: | Sometimes I buy your pretzels by the dozen and take them home, but cold pretzels are no good, can you recommend a way to reheat your pretzels at home? |
| A: | Cold pretzels are no good, indeed. While we recommend a fresh, hot pretzel from our store every time, we understand there are times when you might want to reheat your pretzels at home. In these situations, we have some suggestions. - Conventional Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. If pretzel is frozen, allow it to thaw. Wrap pretzel in foil and bake approximately 3 minutes.
- Microwave Oven: If pretzel is frozen, allow it to thaw. Microwave pretzel for approximately 10-15 seconds on medium setting, repeat as necessary.
If you can't go too long without a fresh, hot pretzel (and who can?), may we also suggest our At Home Pretzel Kit? |

| Q: | Is Auntie Anne a real person? |
| A: | Yes. Auntie Anne is actually Anne Beiler, who founded Auntie Anne's in 1988. She and her husband Jonas opened a farmer's market stand that originally sold many different snack foods, including pretzels, as well as her special Old-Fashioned Lemonade. This stand was created to help finance their dream of opening a free family counseling center in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After a mix-up with some ingredients, and a little experimentation, the dough our company uses for all our fresh pretzels was born, and so was Auntie Anne's. After a few weeks, Anne stopped selling everything but these delicious, fresh pretzels. In 2005, Anne retired from the company and is pursuing her family's dream - helping give back to the community of Lancaster. But she still loves the pretzels and the company she created.

Pretzels and their History?
| Q: | How are pretzels linked with Easter and wedding traditions? |
| A: | In the mid-1500s, Germans began an Easter tradition of eating pretzels for Good Friday dinner. The pretzel's overlapping shape symbolized everlasting life. The pretzel is responsible for the Easter egg hunt. On Easter morning, parents of German children would hide pretzels in various locations on their farms, often in barns and hay lofts. The hunt would end when all the pretzels were discovered and enjoyed! The classic pretzel's three-hole shape represents the Christian trinity of "Father, Son, and Holy Spirit." The wedding phrase "tying the knot" originated from a pretzel being used to tie the knot between two prominent families. Pretzels are thought to bring luck, prosperity, and spiritual wholeness. |

| Q: | How did the pretzel save Vienna, Austria? |
| A: | Early one morning in 1510, while Viennese bakers were preparing the next day's batch of pretzels, they heard an alarming noise. It was the sound of the Turkish army invading Vienna. The pretzel bakers quickly defended their ground and ambushed the invaders - saving their beloved Vienna from Turkish rule! |

| Q: | How fast can an Auntie Anne's pretzel be rolled? |
| A: | The fastest pretzel roller in the Auntie Anne's family can roll and twist a pretzel in 4.2 seconds, Amanda Putney, from New Jersey. |

| Q: | What's the history of the pretzel? |
| A: | Pretzels date back to A.D. 610, when an Italian monk rewarded students by serving them baked scraps of leftover dough. He rolled and twisted the dough to resemble his students, who folded their arms across their chests when praying. The monk called his bread treats "pretiolas," Latin for "little rewards." |
